How Does It Works?

Book Online/Offline either via Website/eMail or Direct On-Call. In order to process you order, you will need to provide us with details such as:
  • Your name
  • Your address
  • Your destination
  • You booking date
  • Car/scooter/bike preference?
  • No of hours for booking per day.
  • Online: Upload your Driver’s License and Aadhaar Card/EPIC through our Web portal (Applicable for booking via Website/eMail).
  • Offline: Send a Snapshot/Scanned Copy of Driver’s License and Aadhaar Card/EPIC via WhatsApp to our Customer Support Team (Applicable for booking offline/via Telecon).
  • Oder Processing: Order will be processed upon receipt of your documents, and if there is a need any further details, our customer support team will contact you in the registered mobile number to complete the verification process.
  • Order Confirmation: Confirmation will be notified via direct On-Call or via SMS, with full and complete details of your order number, and further instruction.
  • Self Service: Customers can take procession of the vehicle from our official address
  • Pick & Drop Facility: Customers can also opt for Pick & Drop Facility (convenience/service charges apply) where our agent will drop the vehicle in the designated address only.
Before Taking Procession of Vehicle: Customers are required to fill up the customer detail form along with signing of the service agreement.
Full payment in advance is required to be made before taking procession of the vehicle:
  • Online Payment: Payments are accepted vide way of Online Transfer to our bank Account 24 Hrs before prior to booking date.
  • Cash Payment: Cash payment at the time when taking procession of the vehicle. This amount can pay through our agent, or at our official address.
  • Customers with Self Service: Customer can drop the car in our official address only, and nowhere else. 1 hour extension time is provided with no additional charges.
  • Customers with Pick & Drop Facility: Our agent will be present 30 minutes prior to the final booking hours to pick up vehicle at the location where the customer took possession of the car prior to his/her journey. No change of address or location will be entertained for pick up of the car, unless notified in advance (2 hours in advance) to our customer support team.
Vehicle will be inspected for any damages to the interior and exterior or any accidental damages:
  • Where there are no interior and exterior damages, the security amount will be refunded in full.
  • Where interior and exterior damages are found, security deposit will be forfeited against the total cost of damage. Balance amount, if any, will be refunded.
